About our Team
P romier Landscapes was chartered as a Tennessee Corporation in 2003. We maintain a contractor’s license, plant dealer’s License, and a pesticide license to meet all your landscape needs. We employ individuals trained and certified in Irrigation Installation, Paver installation, and Retaining Wall construction. Our company services accounts from the Tri-cities to Knoxville. Promier Landscapes consists of three divisions – Design, Build, Maintenance. Each division is headed by a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Division of Horticulture.
RANDY PRICE – DESIGN
Randy Price graduated form the University of Tennessee in 2001 with a degree in horticulture design. He worked as a landscape designer and a project supervisor for a large landscape company is Knoxville, Tennessee. Randy is in charge of the Design Division of Promier Landscapes.
JARROD REED – BUILD
Jarrod Reed graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2004 with a horticulture degree in landscape systems. He worked as a supervisor, the second largest landscape company in the United States, in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. Jarrod is in charge of the Build Division of Promier Landscapes.
CHRIS KELSO – MAINTAIN
Chris graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2007 with a horticulture degree in Plant Sciences. He worked for the University’s Plant Sciences Research Lab on projects to improve fertilization, drought tolerance, and disease resistance of turf grasses. Chris is in charge of the Maintenance Division of Promier Landscapes.
Native to Upper East Tennessee, he studied at Mississippi State University’s School of Architecture before moving back to his home state in 1993. His profound affection for the outdoors and hiking in the Appalachian Region steered his interest to the green industry. Jamie offers nineteen years of practical experience in the professional landscape industry and has worked in most all aspects of landscape design, construction, project managing, and maintenance. His previous experiences include – Landscape design and consultation for McGhee Tyson Airport, projects for The University of Tennessee, and has work featured on HGTV.
